    This place suits me perfectly, offering amenities like 24-hour reception, a spa & wellness center, and a beautiful bar/lounge area. The staff helped me with my bags on my first visit, and Rajwinder is always helpful. I'm coming back for Christmas!

    Exceptionally nice and perfect location in Chennai, close enough to guindy railway station, and eateries. Units with bath tub as well as shower enclosure. A quaint and ideal hotel, my first choice in Chennai.

    clean hotel with consistently courteous and welcoming employees from the concierge to the managers. courtesy from the whole staff. location just off other attractions and central chennai and ramada plaza for the first time. also, near to airport.

    The rooftop infinity pool has an amazing view of the city. The breakfast is delicious with good quality food, and the staff at the front were super helpful in arranging transport. It was a comfortable stay with spacious rooms and good value for money 🌇

    The Ramada in Chennai surprised me with its spacious and clean rooms. The large comfy bed made it easy to unwind after a long day. Amenities like the excellent air conditioning and the Biotique shampoo were nice touches. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and good quality food, keeping my mornings enjoyable. Dealing with checkout was frustrating. It took more than 20 minutes as the staff checked my room beforehand. The swimming pool towels were difficult to obtain since I had to request them from the staff. The linens had some stains, concerning for a five-star experience. Despite a few hiccups, my overall stay was comfortable, and the location near the airport was a big plus.

    amazing, amazing, amazing

    I had the most very nice stay! The rooftop pool, complete with a bar, offered amazing views that are perfect for a sunset cocktail. The staff were great, provided personalized service that included early check-in after my long journey. Breakfast was a gastronomic delight, with a wide selection.

    The check-in process was rather

    Frustrating, as we encountered issues with our room bookings that took longer than anticipated to resolve. Once we were settled, the spacious accommodation was quite pleasant. The culinary options in the restaurant were quite excellent. It's a mixed experience.

    WiFi connection troublesome initially!!! Roof amenities like the pool could use more promotion!!! The spa isn't as well-known as it should be, limiting its potential appeal to guests!!!

    The spacious Premium King Room was well-maintained, and the dining options were really good. I particularly enjoyed the variety of South Indian cuisine offered at breakfast, made my mornings good.
